Hester Schem Hester & Batson is an Oklahoma City based law firm with a heavy concentration in Family Law litigation. Although its office is located in Oklahoma City, the firm handles cases statewide.

Present members of the firm are:

• Jon L. Hester who limits his practice to Family Law, and is heavily concentrated in litigation involving business and professional practice valuations, alimony issues and child custody disputes.
• Charles (Chuck) O. Schem who concentrates heavily in Family Law, with the emphasis in Divorce, Custody, and Child Support. He handles trials and appeals in Family Law matters.
• Scott A. Hester who concentrates in Family Law, with the emphasis in Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Adoptions and Guardianships.
• Chris A. Batson who concentrates on Family Law, Adoption and Paternity.
